1 Introduction:
This course is designed for the participants who are intend or in the process of preparing for the Initial Public Offer ("IPO") and those who are currently working in the listed companies. It enables participants to understand the various methods of raising share capital and then comply with the relevant Ordinances, Listing Rules, Codes and related rules and regulations thereafter. Upon completion of this Part 1 course which together with the anticipated Part 2 course “640625 From Continuing Obligations to Dissolutions of Hong Kong Listed Companies”, the participants will then have learnt the material aspects of the entire Hong Kong Listing Rules within 5 months.
Upon completion of the course, students are eligible to apply for Continuing Professional Development (“CPD”) hours from The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute.
